I visited El Jannah today and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food đ. The accessible entrance and convenient front parking made getting in much easier đâż. The staff were friendly, and the menu offered plenty of great options at affordable prices đ”.
Most of the tables were easy to get under, though I needed a moment to settle in. Ordering was simple â you can use the terminals near the entrance or order at the counter, and staff bring the food straight to your table đœïž. The range of meals, from chicken burgers to quarter chicken with chips, was excellent, and everything I tried was delicious đ.
The main downside was the disability access. There was only one bathroom for everyone đ», marked male, female, and disability all in one. I needed help opening the door đȘ, which isnât ideal, especially for a cafĂ© with such a strong reputation. A staff member agreed that the setup wasnât up to standard and that improvements are needed.
Iâm giving the cafĂ© four out of five stars ââââ. The food and service were fantastic, but the disability toilet isnât suitable for people with disabilities, and the design needs to be reconsidered to better meet everyoneâs needs âż.
I still recommend visiting â just be aware that the disability bathroom is not very disabilityâfriendly. The food, however, is absolutely worth the trip đ.
